Welcome to The Business Advice Hub. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, thebusinessadvicehub.com, and your participation in our monthly membership program (“Membership” or “Service”). By accessing our website or subscribing to our Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Membership
a) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service and subscribe to our Membership. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
b) Account registration
To access the Membership, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
c) Service description
The Memberships provide access to a variety of resources designed to help individuals start or grow their businesses. These resources may include, but are not limited to, videos, help sheets, webinars, workshops, articles, guides and access to a community forum. We reserve the right to modify the content and features of the Membership at any time.
c) Membership level
We offer three membership levels – a free membership called ‘HubStart’, a level 2 membership called ‘HubSpace’ and a level 3 membership called ‘HubSpace+’. The level of the Membership you have chosen will provide access to resources provided for that level. The amount or type of resources provided are not guaranteed and may be changed at any time.
2. Payment and billing
a) Subscription fees
The Paid Memberships are offered on a monthly subscription basis. The current fee for the Membership (“Subscription Fee”) for the different membership levels will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
b) Billing cycle
The Membership is a recurring subscription. You will be billed automatically in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel it.
c) Payment method
You must provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card) to subscribe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the recurring Subscription Fee. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
d) Price changes
We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fee at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription Fee.
3. Membership levels, cancellation and refunds
a) Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period.
b) Upgrading or downgrading your membership
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. If you are upgrading your membership you will have access to the additional features immediately. You may be charged a pro rata’d amount for the remainder of the month in which you have upgraded. Your subscription amount will change accordingly at your next payment date. If you are downgrading your membership, your current membership level will continue to the end of the billing period.
c) Refund policy
Subscription Fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or for any unused content. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
