The Hub Rules

1. Welcome
The Hub is a shared space for learning, support, and connection. We’re here to help you build your business with real advice, practical resources, and a supportive community. To keep this space respectful and productive, all members agree to follow these rules.
2. Respect and behaviour
- Treat everyone with respect. Healthy debate is welcome; personal attacks, discrimination, or harassment are not.
- Keep discussions professional, constructive, and kind.
- No bullying, hate speech, or offensive content.
- Protect others’ privacy. We ask not to share personal details, private messages, or screenshots without consent.
3. Sharing and promotion
- The Hub is for learning and community, not sales and business promotion unless otherwise stated.
- You may share your own business wins or resources only when it adds genuine value to a discussion or topic.
- Do not post direct promotions, affiliate links, or spam.
- Keep external links relevant and trustworthy.
4. Confidentiality and intellectual property
- Everything you post in The Hub stays within The Hub.
- Don’t copy, download, or redistribute others’ content (posts, videos, templates, guides) without written permission.
- All Hub resources remain the intellectual property of The Business Advice Hub Ltd and must not be shared outside of The Hub or other Hub members.
5. Your account
- Each account is for one person only, please don’t share your login details.
- You are responsible for keeping your information up to date and for how you use your account.
If you leave or cancel your membership, you’ll lose access to private spaces and premium resources.
6. Safe participation
The Hub is a place for professional support, not legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
Any decisions you make based on Hub content are your own responsibility.

7. Privacy and data
We collect only what’s necessary to manage your membership, improve resources, and communicate with you.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties except where needed for secure operations (for example, payment or hosting services).

8. Moderation and enforcement
Hub moderators may edit, move, or remove content that breaks these rules.
Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or removal without refund.
